1. Returns
Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the item received is damaged or defective.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
Unused and in its original packaging.
Reported as damaged within 48 hours of delivery.
You must provide clear photos & Video of the damaged item and packaging for verification.
Most Requierd Unboxing Video With Orignal Packing.
2. Refunds
Once we receive your claim and verify the issue, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will not be issued for:
Color or fragrance preference.
Minor variations in handmade designs.
3. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If your order qualifies for a return, you may place a new order after the refund is processed.
4. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them.
Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
